Under The Sea - With my love for the ocean and also being inspired by a good friend of mine, Sonia, another salty dog, I painted this piece. I love to fish and I love to snorkel, and this picture gives me a feeling of both when I look at it. Sonia, my friend, my husband, and I have been on trips to the beach in Destin, FL and have been deep sea fishing together on a boat called the "Back Down". Which I think is probably one of the best boats on the dock! In 1992, this painting was selected to hang in The Parthenon Museum and Gallery in Nashville, TN during "The 27th annual Central South Art Exhibition". It was an honor to be accepted in that show.The original painting is acrylic and the size is 40'' x 30".
